Beware of the very high & unreasonable cancelation policy. Penalty is 30% of total booking, much higher compared to most other resorts/accommodations and despite cancelation being 3+ month ahead of the check-in date. Need to wonder if the high penalty is any indication of the quality of the resort and inability to maintain demand / high occupancy. The representatives I interacted with were polite and tried to help. Unfortunately the operator's business practice / policy is substandard compared to what I’m used to with other hotel / resort groups.

Good stay. Convenient for Mount Bachelor skiing. TV is a bit outdated and CD selections are limited.

We have just received a negative Covid test!! We are more than pleased but it also means we will lose our full 2 night fee at Mt Bachelor Village with no recourse. When we suspected Covid after feeling ill we called Mt Bachelor Village and were told of a no cancelation policy within 30 days. We were told if we tested positive for Covid and could send proof maybe we could rebook in a couple weeks. This was on Feb 22. We had only booked on Feb 14!!! The room was booked online with no hint of the 30 day policy and the full charge was taken from my card immediately. So many other venues only take a deposit until you check in and give you cancellation until 48 hours. Very painful lesson learned: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MT BACHELOR VILLAGE!

This resort holds a special place in my heart. As a child, we used to look forward to my grandparents bringing us here to stay over Thanksgiving. Returning as an adult, I was so pleased to see that there have been many updates, but the property was still as I remember it. The unique part of Mt. Bachelor Village is the feeling that you are truly "away from it all", while still being mere minutes from the Old Mill and Downtown/Westside/Breweries. The staff is incredibly kind and considerate and any issues we encountered (needing more towels/couldn't figure out how to turn on the fireplace) were quickly addressed. The condos are very well equipped with everything we needed and the views from the River Ridge condos simply cannot be beat! I look forward to staying here again and again!
