I had my nails done a week ago. The day I had them done, my shellac nail chipped. I called to see if they could fix it. Kim told me no and that everyone was busy until the following week. We are talking 1 nail. I had to schedule it for today. They charged me to fix it. This has never happened anywhere else in all the years I’ve been having my nails done. I had the deluxe pedicure today and they did not get the dead skin off my heal. When I left and started driving home, I noticed my toe wasn’t painted to the tip. I called and Kim told me I had to come back today in order to not be charged. I live 20 miles away.. went to lunch with 4 girlfriends and we all shared stories at Pro Solar. None of us are going back. Kim’s been asking 2 of my friends for CASH when they pay. Who does that? They need to be reported. It is obvious they want the cash so they don’t have to claim it. I will never go back! They are rude.

Very friendly, clean and professional place. They use a new nail kit for every customer. If you don’t bring one you can buy it there for $3. It gave me a wonderful sense of safety about the hygiene standards at this business. I got a really super pedicure it looks lovely. Also included was a great foot massage. I wish this was the standard at every nail salon, I will definitely come again the next time I visit Bend.

Finally got a great manicure in Bend. Now I don't have to drive to Eugene each month. It is a no frills shop. Manicures don't come with any cuticle work, massages, lotions etc. They were super friendly, fast and got me in last minute. Definitely will be back.

I'm very impressed with the quality of their work! Rarely have I ever run into a nail salon that gives this good of service for such a moderate price. The man that did my nails was diligent and polite, im a person where detail is major and surprised me with how he checks. Also ine of the ladies was very funny 😆 I wish I could remember names but either way love the atmosphere of this place! Definitely will be a regular here.
