Just wanted to say that I went in this NAPA with a very odd request. The gentleman behind the counter was as awesome as anyone I have encountered with his A++ customer service skills. I did not think at the time to get his name, but I will make a special trip back there just to find out. Awesome experience.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I had to replace a u joint in the parking lot, so the extra effort from the staff assisted in getting my repair done sooner.

Inventory system is really poor. Ordered two CV axles for store pickup and received notification they were ready for pickup, Turns out only 1 was ready. Waited a day for the other to come in from Junction City. Not a huge deal. Picked them up and they're the wrong brand. The ones I received are about half the retail for the ones I purchased online. Customer service throughout was pretty meh.
