Great store. Dropped in with a friend who needed a bit of assistance and advice and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Great to see a procession of happy customers in and out while we were there - stores like this deserve to do well.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they work hard to help you out. Most recently I had an urgent repair and got to the shop five minutes after closing. The staff were cleaning up but stopped what they were doing to look at my bike, take it in and fix it in fifteen minutes! The customer service has been amazing every time for me, can’t begin to describe how rare this is in the bike industry.

Great service, selection and help. I drove 150 miles to use this shop. They ordered a bike for my 8 year old, took my wife's crashed road bike in trade for a new bike and gave us some great deals all around. I am a customer for life as long as I live in New England.

First time purchasing from them and was not impressed with service. My wife had called twice about the Terra-trike rover and information about bike for our daughter with special needs and were never called backed. I finally got hold of someone they put one together and we looked at it. I pretty much had to ask the guy at the shop if he thought it was right size what to do if it isn't etc. He finally adjusted the handle bars and shortened bike. I no nothing about these bikes. Woman tells me on phone i could get 10% discount and doesn't bother to call and tell me she made a mistake. I drove over a hour good thing I had extra cash with me. $950.00 bike and they act like buy or don't. They don't push the sale but they didn't help the sale either. Like the bike.Will have the 30 day free service done there but take it somewhere after that for service. Good thing my daughter loves the bike.
