Cyclists beware! I'm a local and took my bike there for a tune up this past summer $35+. I got my bike back and still had problems with the de-railer and shifting. After 2 other appointments to resolve the problem and leaving my bike there trying to get it right. The third time I was given a $67 repair bill that I did not request or was notified of. Brian just fixed it with out asking me. I couldn't take my bike until it was paid. He said it was a bent de-railer. Brian said he thought I would want it fixed. THAT'S MY CHOICE! I don't have allot of money. The bike has never seen off road or abuse. He should of called me and asked if I wanted the repairs or compensated me the difference with the tune up. I will never go there again and will pass this on to fellow bicyclists.The lady that works up front never smiles and is not friendly at all. I would love for them to leave there vehicles at a garage and someone to hand them an unexpected repair bill they didn't get called about or didn't request. Lets see how far that goes with Brian. I was a regular there for years and spent allot of money there, NO MORE!

Dropped of my mom's 1952 JC Higgin's bike to have them over haul it. They did a great job. The bike is a show piece. Can't wait for a full moon bike ride to show it off!

I love this bike shop!! My Trek was in need of a tune up and they totally improved my bike. I had chronic flat tires and they fixed me up with new tires, fixed a bad bearings, washed it and it is a beautiful experience to ride again. They were excellent at communicating with me and so there were no surprises. I fell in love with a couple of new bikes too so I will be returning to this cool shop! Thank you for your excellent service!!
