Strict! And constantly changing landlords and you can never catch one when you need to talk to them.

Go to the office and talk to the manager and grab an application. The manager is there till 5p.m. or 7p.m. im not really sure and he isn't really there on weekends. One bedrooms have a long waiting list so you're better off shooting for a two bedroom.
