Let’s start on a positive, shall we? Positive: Was impressed with a few of your employees; including Axel and Avien. Both were helpful, knowledgeable of the products, and provided great customer service. Very friendly and always a joy seeing them whenever I visit. Negative: I rarely encounter issues shopping here unless it’s with one of the employees, I believe her name was Alyssa(?) She is consistently rude, unpleasant, and didn’t give me the time of day when I asked for assistance of any sort. This isn’t a one time occurrence either. As if I inconvenienced her and didn’t care about her job or customers.

Really bummed to be writing this review, came in for the first time almost a year ago and ended up spending a ton of money and time getting my new set up (a raspberry gen S vaporesso with a Zeus nano tank) which ended up pretty much setting me up exclusively with them as not a lot of shops in the area carry those coils. Have always worked with the manager who’s always been extremely knowledgeable and kind. Now three times in the last month that I’ve been in I’ve witnessed on multiple occasions “Matt” behind the counter threatening customers, telling them they don’t know what they’re talking about when asking for specific items and then continuing to speak poorly and make derogatory remarks about them after they leave referencing politics, inclusivity, and mental state. Will not even returning and will be following this up with the manager hopefully as I really did love this shop
