Don’t get me wrong, this place is in a great place, and are nice rooms. They are also pricey but like I said, it is a big room, BUT, when we arrived we noticed a big wet spot under the upstairs air conditioner on the carpet. So we took a picture and texted the company Obviously the floor was being ruined. They said they would pass the info along. 2 hours later, the puddle had doubled in size and we messaged them again. No response. We kept the air off when we were gone, but in august, we had to have the air when we were there. We had to put a trash can under the air conditioner because water was coming out so fast. We emptied the small trash can twice! So we decided to call AGAIN. left a message, no answer. Told them the carpet was being ruined. They never returned our call. We couldn’t get into the bathroom without walking through soggy wet carpet. There was a smell in the bathroom which led me to believe it had been leaking for awhile and they just never fixed it. For the price we paid, we shouldn’t have to walk through wet carpet, listen to the air conditioner drip all night, empty buckets of water, and smell what I assume was mold. We stayed in room number 5. Hopefully the other rooms are better well maintained. ( the pictures below are the first night, it was a lot bigger the next day)
