Used this place for an overnight VRBO. Great location with easy access to everything. There were large bedrooms and very comfortable beds. The owner/manager was excellent. I will definitely use it again.

The location is great and if you just want the Broadway experience it’s right there… but the loft was not in the shape we were expecting for the price we were paying. The host was responsive at first but went totally silent when I asked for some consideration for our inconveniences. There was a safety issue that was raised (fire exit door locked) when we were there and and was not addressed by the time we left. I personally would not stay here again.

Absolutely terrible. The bed broke and the place was filthy. Will definitely never return to this location. $1,000/ night for a dirty condo is pathetic.

Location! This is where my family and friends stay whenever in Nashville. >1/2 blocks from 2 bars, breakfast and dinner, 1 from 2nd Street, 1½ to Printers Alley and 2 blocks off Broadway!
