We found a truck online at University Ford that we liked and drove from Cary to see it. Before we got there, my husband talked with them via text and told them we were coming. When we arrived, we were greeted by Kevin and he already had the truck pulled up for us. We did a test drive and checked out the vehicle and really liked it. Kevin knew that we had a tight timeline for the day because of a meeting that afternoon, so he worked with us on a price and helped move the purchase process along quickly. We were in and out in 1.5 hours. Mario was also nice to work with on the final paperwork. Best car buying experience ever! And our son loves the truck as the purchase was for him! And the guys at the front who helped me with the coffee machine were really nice too. We will be back at University Ford when our next son is ready for a vehicle!

I love my new Ford F150 Truck! My experience with University Ford North and with my salesman Tim Pleasant and my finance manager Stephone White is the best. I live out of town and the time I had was very limited. They did a wonderful job getting me in and out and still be friendly, polite, professional! My experience at University Ford was amazing! I was coming for a standard oil change. Kevin was the staff who greeted me, and he was very warm and friendly. About 30 minutes into my service, Kevin approached me with recommendations from the technician for additional services that my car needed. I am not super knowledgeable about cars, but Kevin thoroughly explained what the services were and why my car needed them. I really appreciate Kevin’s friendliness and dedication to his work. Although he told me I probably was going to have to wait an additional hour and a half or so for the work to be completed, I was checking out within 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the quality and speed of service, and would definitely return to have my car serviced again at this location. Thank you University Ford!

I bought additional coverage from a third party through forward and instead of them actually filing a claim after have my car for almost a week they told me my car wouldn’t be covered and wants to charge me over 6k to get my engine repaired after continuously calling and getting the run around I explained to my service adviser that it’s doesn’t cost ford to fix my engine he then filed a claim with the warranty department I would advise anyone to stay as far as you can away from ford they aren’t polite and definitely don’t put their best foot forward when it comes to customer service. You will have to rent your own car because loaners are never available. After paying 35000 dollars for a car I think your service should be willing to help a lot more than I’ve received. I will never purchase anything else from ford. This was my dream car and you guys turn it into a nightmare.

Heard there are problems getting computer chips from China so production of new cars and trucks has slowed. Plus the virus.

if you finance with University Kia that there is a possibility that you don't have to put any money down but it all depends on your credit a down payment is optional it all depends on how much you want to spend one last thing I do not work at University Kia I am a customer also I'm just telling you from my own experience
That his job too call us he should be the 30 days tag on start. Off with he said he is the manager i want never deal with them again i sent a friend of my to the Chev place to get his daughter a car
