I purchased a car here a 2013 Ford Escape with 106.000 miles on it. It broke down 3 weeks later. I took the car back 5 times in one month when I got it. I should have known something because Jen the General Manager is very loud very and loves to raise her voice. I have been having nothing but problems. Now in March 2022. My engine died. I only put 5000 miles on the car in 2 years because the car just sits in my drive way broke down. They kept my car for 3 months to put a use engine in my car. Then 2 weeks later the turbo died. Jen said she will get the owner to call me. I called her she gets a attitude and wonder why I want to talk to rhe owner. They rath not give you another car but keep giving you a keep giving you a lemon. My neighbors said they would never buy a car from these people especially when the GM won't make a appointment to see the owner. So the trouble shooter is hopefully is going to help me. Please do not buy a car from these people. The cars here are junk. They need better management. I ask for another car but they rather keep your money so please be careful because they are no good. I cant even talk to the owner because the GM won't let me

BE AWARE....!!!! Purchase car and two weeks later broke down on me had to tow car to dealer and then was told the car had diagnostic codes and the engine needed to be replace and that it would take three weeks to get my vehicle back. With no guarantee of the car having other issues. They claim to do inspections on the cars, but if so why do I need a engine put in my car two weeks after purchase. Such an inconvenience. Purchase a car at your own risk. I have never been so inconvenience in my life. If I could give no stars I would.

If I could give them less than a 1 I would. They gave us the run around the first time by saying that my father could put 0 down after I explained his situation. Then it was turned around and said nope because he was out on medical. So then it changed to $1000 down and after everything was settled we were assured as long as he had a pay stub and some money. Came back only for them to go back on their word and said no. So what a crock. Never coming back. Side note: Scott was amazing help in all the midst of the craziness. Thank you!

No thats definitely not tru they said nothing about helping me with any credit there plan is thowed off mybe its the one down my way bad experience is what i had ill never let anyone tell me what i can a can't pay i make all my payments on time and have enough income to cover any car i get never again

The process is pretty much the same as a regular dealership..only diff is b4 ur approved they do a "budget" based on ur income to see if and what u can afford. I put 500 down but my down payment was 1500 that i paid in biweekly payments b4 my actual car payments started. My payments are a little lower than 200 every 2 weeks. So everybodys situation and income is diff so it just depends...only good thing about JD is that it helps u build ur credit...the warranty which doesn't cover everything and $10 oil changes... other than that..they suck..u also get a referral fee for recommending ppl.
Yeah but they have terrible cars! Currently driving a piece of junk and stuck with it. Plus the cars are drastically overpriced
All depends go see Jen she will do right by you. She will do what she can to make sure you get a car.

B.s I was there with him him. He been on his job 4 years been at his residence 5 years. They came out and told him because of the repo they couldn't help. You work for the company so stop lying with fake reviews
