I can't talk enough about how great Kyle and his team are - I never thought I would say that about a used car dealer, though truthfully, I've never purchased a used car. Kyle has run dealerships for a long time, and I can see why! I know their price is fair because I searched all over for the car I wanted, and I read the Carfax report. No high pressure sales, very knowledgeable team. When I did a test drive, I noticed a sound when I braked - it was the rotors. They immediately drove it to a shop and it was fixed the next day. After that experience, I told them I wanted it, but I was financing it which took a lot longer than I expected. They held the car for me, even though they could have sold it for cash. I don't know much about cars and I didn't notice a vibrating sound when I drove it off the lot. After three weeks I took it back to them, and they sent me to another shop that specialized in the issue. Turned out the bearings needed to be replaced which can be expensive. Although the problem wasn't covered by their 30-day warranty, they worked with me to fix it. And as an added bonus, I found a car shop that I will be using in the future. I know these days of Carfax you can look all over for the car you want. Boulevard doesn't have the largest inventory, but I would highly recommend that you find out what is on their lot before you start looking anywhere else.

My wife found a 2009 Audi A4 online at Blvd Pre-owned so we went to check it out that day and the guys were so knowledgeable and accommodating we ended up buying the car. I came in today and I didn't have no idea what type car I wanted and Kyle made me comfortable and walk me through the steps on how to pick out my car and I test drove each car that I was interested in with no problems and I left happy and satisfied with the purchase of my car. This is a great car dealership and the people are very very nice and down to earth I will be back by my future car!!!?

Don’t buy a car from Jeff! He wasted a lot of my time. First saying the Mercedes I was interested in buying was “clean and ready to go” I took off work for a test drive and Jeff was not even there and the car was in the shop. Long story short I bought the car and mentioned the rotors were warped. He said the shop said they were fine. After buying the car I took it to another shop and as I suspected they needed to be replaced. I took off work and drove there three times to have Jeff ride with me so I could show him his mechanic was wrong and what I was experiencing and he was either not there or too busy. When I did catch him I also mentioned the sunroof did not work and he blew me off and left me in the parking lot while he went about his business. When I went back inside to see why he left me waiting outside in the car he said in front of everyone, if I get hit by a buss they would fix the rotors and blew me off about the sunroof. I also mentioned a tire going flat, one of the wheels was missing a lug-nut and later found out my heated seats do not work. Don’t trust their mechanic and definitely don’t trust they check the cars out before they sell them. If it says In the ad that the car comes with a sunroof and heated seats I would expect them to work. If this dealership is willing to fix the heated seats and sunroof I will change my review. Up until the car not being ready or as listed I thought Jeff was a great salesman to work with.
