***ETA*** yes, we tried again. This place is a literal farce. Middle school 12 year olds could manage this place better. Mobile order. Show up 15 min before close to be respectful of their time. "We're closed" Ask for the manager "I am the manager I have to give people breaks" uhhhh. HR professional here. They should have had breaks 1-2 hours before close. OK, how about a manager? 'I am the manager'. No. YOUR manager 'I don't know them.'" This place needs to burn. Their owner needs to find a new endeavor. Literal. Complete. Trash. Wow. This TB is a LITERAL joke. They are "open" until 1am on Friday. Place a mobile order. Arrive. Lights FULLY OUT. Signs off. 4 dudes chillin in the parking lot smoking cigarettes. Call? They answer, then laugh at you. Same thing happened on Monday previous. Did I expect much from a TB? No. But as someone who works in the service industry, I expect to have SOME modicum of service. Their loss. The next store got my money, AND MY 100% TIP! Yes. I tip my fast food workers. Not sorry to the LOSERS at this store.

Short staffed and the cashier had gloves on and gave me my change, then went back and made our order without changing her gloves! Any continued on to take orders, touching cash register, her head piece and giving change..... and again also making the food!

Ordered a #9 and the soft tacos shells were ice cold? Asked for sauces when ordering, none in the bag. Asked for no ice in my water, and had to remind the gentleman at the window NO ice as he was making it. Saddly, the gardening service was there with about 8 cars in line at 12:30 pm. Could not here them to complete my order until I was at the Window.

We stopped by to pick up a burrito taco pack for dinner and went through the drive-thru. The line wasn't long only 2 cars. We had our food in about 5 minutes from the time of order to the time we drove away. They were efficient. The staff wasn't too friendly but not rude either. We were handed our food in a tray, which was a bit awkward. The hard tacos were broken but eatable. Everything else was good. The parking lot was clean and from what we could see so was the restaurant. We can recommend this place.
