I really needed to use the restroom and their posted hours say they close at 9pm, I got there around 8:23pm. But door was locked, an employee on break was sitting just 15ft away and we asked why door was locked, she said we're under staffed. Oh, ok but drive thru was running just fine.. why can't they make an Oreo shake but they have an Oreo mcflurry? They're only 1 ingredient different (milk)... Oh well they had strawberry pies and I absolutely LOVE those!

We read a review before we ordered. That review said that this McDonald's doesn't fill up the fries or three drinks and they don't care about the food. That review was incredibly accurate.

I usually go to the McD on 72nd in Tigard OR about 1 or 2 times a week and get 2 quarter pounders large fries and 2 pies. This time I got a notification on my phone about a Big Mac for $2 so I decided to try one. It absolutely sucked. It was very dry and a big piece of a patty fell out on my shirt so I picked it up and ate it. It was so dry and had no flavor to it. When I got home I called and complained to the manager he said if I come up there right now he would fix it. I told him I couldn't come back so instead of offering to fix it at a later date he pretty much blew me off. So I guess a 1 or 2 time a week customer will now be a 0 time a week customer. Thanks

Short staffed ! Employee sleeping in a booth wakes up and walks into the food making area comes outside to vape then goes back in and begins to help out ! Waited for such a long time to order food because the kiosk weren’t working anyways just felt like I deserve better service and sanitary conditions when paying for my food , very gross to step over garbage spilling out 2 garbage cans at front door
