Super surprised about how excellent this location was. My phone was lost in transit, and they immediately located the FedEx location it was at and i was able to pick it up on-site. Excellent customer service!

Tried to go there to perform a simple task( turning a phone line back on) and the door greater just handed me a pamphlet and said call customer service Had to pursue the issue with a different person for them to perform this 5 second task while they had an empty showroom, no one seemed interested in assisting even though they weren't busy. Im also in sales and would never do this to a customer, especially on a day where they were so dead Go to a different Verizon store honestly

tried to port number from another service provider. after this place took $43 from me, and my number was not successfully ported 5 business days later, i called verizon and after hours of trying to get through to someone who could help me, they told me there was no port in process. so effectively i paid for their mistakes. i love the verizon cellular service but after fighting all week to try to use their service, i haven't had much luck getting my phone online

For two years there has been an issue with voicemail, both through Verizon and Google. Having a business, has made it beyond frustrating. I randomly went into the Portsmouth store to try one more time to deal with it. Tyler worked at it for an hour. But in the end I finally have a working voicemail system! I have no clue what he did. I don't care. He was awesome and saved the day.

You have to use the 800 number...my son works for VZW and they were told they could no longer give the local numbers out.
Verizon doesn't sell or have extra batteries. If the battery is removable and you have a replacement yes. If it's a none removable battery it needs to be done elsewhere.
Isn't it usually $30? Think you have to pay it up front.
I would look on line for a different phone#
Depends on what kind of phone you have. Some phones have programs allowing you to locate your phone when you lose it. I'd call Verizon and ask them for more help
