There is not enough great things that can be said about Clear Stream! Beautiful campground that is quiet and run by a great family. Mark and Evan are attentive and caring. They helped me, a rookie rv camper learn a few things and even provided a hose that could reach our trailer since mine would not. Enjoy the brook on an inner tube and lazy river it! We'll be back for sure! Thank you for a great stay!

The tent campgrounds are huge and quiet. It was a little cold for us to actually go splashing in the stream but it was beautiful. The trails were closed while we camped, but I looks forward to coming back when they're open!

The owners have thought of everything! Super clean, extra large sites free of obstructions. It has direct ATV trail access and the trails are very well maintained!

Tent sites are $40/nt which includes 2 adults and 2 chilren.
We are directly connected to the Umbagog ATV Club trail system which is connected to the entire Coos county system. Our 2022 rates are as follows: Water only site $40/nt, Water & 20Amp Electric $45/nt and Water & 30Amp Electric $50/nt. 2 Night minimum on Weekends and 3 Night Minimum on Holiday Weekends
There are a couple of spots you can access the stream to swim. When water levels are normal in the summer there are a few spots that are up to 8-10' deep. Site #'s 2,3,13,19 & 20 have the easiest access to the stream.
Check in time is 1pm but we make exceptions if the site is available and is vacant the night before. Denise, we sent you an email as well.
