- Everyday its a cluster F*%k. Easy 45min in line. - Carts are always an issue to find and when you do get one its busted up. - short staffed all the time, i understand the labor shortage and all but it's still a pain. Theres always new staff training but they cant seem to retain them. Wonder why? Bad management? Uncompetitive pay? - PPl get into yelling arguments in line. - Forklift driver honking at you to move like hes the only one tring to do their job.

Check out is 20min minimum, extremely outdated check out computers that rely on one single front end supervisor to come with a book and look up the upc code. Pallets all in the aisles so pushcarts can't get thru. Racing stock equipment is about to hit you at any moment.

Great hard working people work here, as a 2nd party foermer employee here I learned alot and met some great people. Those people went out of there way to help out customers the best they can in various ways whether it was customer service or to making sure products were out on the floor as soon as possible. Most customers don't really see what goes on in the background before they see the items on display to purchase and I can say that it's alot of commitment, hard work, and dedication to get those items out to the floor as soon as possible with quality standards. I appreciate everyone that works here and I wish them the very best.

Ordered ahead, went in to pick up at the store and was told there is limited quantity on everything I ordered. Asked to see the sign that stated this and why I was able to order this quantity ahead of time with no limit and manager Ryan E. responded with "we can make changes as we need, you want what we gave you fine, if not I will put them back". Terrible customer service for a larger spending client from over 4 years.
