Chris Hudson and his entire team at Connected Home are excellent! I purchased a home recently with a connected home system. Chris' team installed new outdoor speakers, updated my WIFI system, and reprogrammed the home system. We had additional questions and Peter provided a follow up visit. The whole process was seamless from first meeting, review of needs to install/hookup. From Chris Hudson to Richard and Ethan installers there were no hickups. Richard and Ethan were friendly and professional. They thoroughly explained how to use our new Denon receiver and use with wireless internet for home music system. We are repeat customers of Connected Home and will continue to use them for all our TV and related needs. Chris came to our home, listened to what we were looking for and away we went. About 10 days later his crew of 2 guys showed up with everything ordered. They were fantastic. Kept us informed along the way, asked where we wanted the equipment placed, and showed us how it all worked. The best part?, I can still work it days after they finished. Yes. They service compass pointe as well as Brunswick forest, st.james plantation and more.
Yes they offer internet equipment. You still must get service from AT&T, ATMC or Spectrum. You can purchase more advanced routers and modems from Connected Home. You will probably need to do this anyway if you are getting lighting controls or have more than 30 devices connected to your wifi.
Depends on the equipment. If you buy televisions, mounts, receivers, etc. from Connected Home the rate is currently $125 an hour. If you provide your own equipment and simply need them to install, $150 per hour. This will include 1-2 technicians depending on the scope of your work.
