I dropped off a package here that’s worth $1500 and was urgent that it was sent out in time! Now a month later the package is missing and I called multiple times and they told me to wait while they investigate that they LOST MY PACKAGE?? I don’t think at this point they are doing anything to find my package because I’ve heard nothing back. They didn’t seem to care that my package is missing or didn’t give any advice on what to do from here. My tracking number never updated so it’s pointless. I’m not sure if my package was stolen or what but this is unprofessional and I will never go to this post office again. The lady on the phone I kept calling about my package seemed bothered. I wouldn’t recommend this post office to anyone. Super unprofessional and not worth anyone’s time.

Rude USPS counter person. Lost my package and tracking did not work Update: Once again items were lost. But this time, it was to my doorstep. Although the package was confirmed as delivered to my mailbox/doorstep and I was in the lobby when it came in, it was not delivered. I had two packages delivered at the same time. Both were marked as delivered but only one was in the box. Lots of mail gets lost going through this station.

I’m not a frequent user of the USPS, but I went three or four times into this branch. It is spacious, and it has self-services stations. The team that works is excellent, they are always happy to help with questions and shipments. They are very nice and knowledgeable.

The staff was excellent helping us update our family passports recently. They were very patient especially when my husband and I did not both arrive together for our minor child’s passport. The guy allowed my husband to call me & then waited for me to show up. He went above and beyond for us not to miss out appointment and finalize everything that day. Very grateful for him!
