Probably the most pleasant experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We were not pressured on any extended services, they asked, we explained why we weren’t interested and that was it. Process was very efficient in and out of dealership in a couple of hours, that has never happened before. The one thing I was disappointed in was the detailing of the truck. It seemed rushed, Glenn made the comment he thought the retailer was one of the best around. There is something on that back windows that I have spent an hour on last night, I started to make progress. Just overall, it was not much different than just going through a car was. Glenn was great to work with, he is someone that I will recommend to family and friends. Tim in finance was great too.

They know their stuff here. You get what you pay for, and they don't sugar coat it. The parts are genuine, and the service while friendly isn't cheap. There were a few used vehicles for sale in the lot but I didn't ask if they were selling these or if it was someone else. With the time, money, and patience(I don't have these) you could probably build a whole new vehicle from the parts they can get you here.

I've made the 30 mile trick to this dealer multiple times to just add factory remote start to my truck. First time said they had the key fobs in stock to do it and then said wasn't right ones. 2nd time I came back with key fob kit and yet again said was wrong ones. So I then said go ahead and order the factory remote start kit($340) to just make sure can get it done. Come back the 3rd time and told me that my Vin showed salvage which it is prior salvage and that because of that I couldn't get the remote start. I live almost an hour away and made multiple trips to get the runaround each time. Highly disappointed with them and will not be going back. If my truck title was an issue maybe could've disclosed that the very first day I came.!

Upside: service did a good job of keeping me informed. Didn’t have to call once. Repairs requested: small hole in fuel tank. Air leak on front suspension leveler, air leak on brake valves. Arrived 11/2 in around noon. Departed 11/11 at 6:00 pm. There are signs that state “not responsible for items left in truck”. Heed this sign. I made the mistake of leaving a B550 Blue Parrot headset (200.00) in the truck. It was not in the truck when I picked it up.
