Went in looking for a newer work vehicle but maybe it was because I was all dirty from work but I guess I didn't look like I could afford much was told there a huge wait list for commercial vehicles and basically to look elsewhere. *Edit note- thanks for the reply I can understand the market is very tight now and I also realize the shortage has caused very long wait lists. The salesman was professional and I can see the point of short and sweet so far as what felt like a "brush off" when I was told theres nothing available. Thanks again for the reply I understand your position.

Why do you make customers leave their truck all day for a Front end alignment.?

Robert Reid | Sep 18, 2018
Midway Ford Truck Center, Inc. | Sep 18, 2018

Hi Robert, It’s rare that we have to have a vehicle all day for front end alignments, but occasionally we have to. The summer and winter months are the absolute busiest times of year for any repair shop and let’s face it, when it’s extremely hot or extremely cold, vehicles are more prone to failure. When you accept all types of work like Midway does, and combine that with a larger stream of work when the latest weather pattern has lead to downtime for most commercial trucks, this often leads to a back log of work. To keep everything moving along and not upset customers that have had their vehicle in before someone that’s just arrived, it’s not always possible to do even the most basic work while someone is wanting to wait on it. Rather than keep a customer pinned down to our waiting room, we ask that you leave your vehicle while we complete the work. We are sorry if you’ve been inconvenienced in any way, it is in no way intentional.
