I'm a construction mechanic that had a crane down and the boom creeping into a highway. The service department helped me by phone to get power returned to the controllers and stow the crane. They are very knowledgeable and were patient with me while I checked voltages. I can't wave their flag enough. Crane is fixed and I get Sunday off. Thanks again Grady.

I wouldn't go to Kenworth if my life depended on it I get my parts alot cheaper here and the customer service is the best help even if I don't even know what part I'm talking about they will eventually guess what I'm trying to get bless their hearts
