I recently purchased a Hyundai Tuscon from Garvey in January that I (unfortunately) totaled during the last winter storm of the season. I absolutely loved it but It was time for a new vehicle. I had my heart set on a Santa Cruz for the originality of the vehicle design and of course, the activity package!! Even with the shortage of vehicles, the uncertainty, and delay, Mark Goodwin and his team made it possible! And before expected! He dealt with my indecisiveness with patience and perseverance. I cannot be happier with my purchase. Garvey Hyundai is an amazing dealership with quality customer service and no gimmicks. I would highly recommend them to anyone. And if you can, work with Mark. My experience at Garvey Hyundai was nothing short of amazing. I am an Ashevile North Carolina resident and called close twenty dealerships trying to find the right car without getting the run around. Called dealerships in Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia and was told it was either not in stock or being sold well over $5,000 MSRP. Decided to take a long shot and ended up landing on Garvey Hyundai and the MSRP listed is the price I paid for, and sincerely could not have been more thrilled. Mark Goodwin was just amazing, knowledgeable, and most importantly both genuine and honest. Being from North Carolina I let them know I would be flying in... and without asking or hesitation they offered to drive a two hour commute to just to come and pick up me. Literally walked off the plane and both Andrew and Kyle were waiting right at the front with a sign and everything and we just walked out and were on our way. It was just a simply amazing experience and something that I really didn't expect. Andrew and Kyle both were awesome and showed the same amount of professionalism I experienced with Mark and were just as sincere, knowledgeable and simply awesome. When I did run into a very small problem Derek was there and was able to get everything sorted out instantly and helped answer all of my questions. I felt valued and cared for both as a customer but as a person as well. I know this is a long review, but I felt if I left anything out it wouldn't do the team over at Garvey Hyundai justice. Just an amazing experience from start to finish, I cannot reccommend them enough.
