Horrible sales team, told me on the last week of our deal that I had to come up with my down payment right away or else! When I gave them the review they deserved with Volvo- they refused to deal with our company from then on…these people are scammers and liers. My sales person was super rude and told me “you have to pay now “I know people like you”…. I gave them a well deserved rating.. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I hope the owner of this dealership is prepared to lose many more customers.. Update: Your response does not offer any solution to how your sales person behaved. Neither has anyone communicated with me to offer any remedy.

I took my truck to Volvo dealership in Kansas City Missouri and the guy called Dustin he is the night shift former he is the best person in this place very good guy smart he knows how to deal with the customer I appreciate Volvo to hire this person

Just picked up my truck 🛻 from Nextran Volvo tonight as usual everything was done right and in a timely fashion all through the process everything was communicated clearly with what needed to be done and what the costs would be! I've been driving over 35 years, and hope to drive 35 more. I've very little interaction with Volvo shops as I own a Ken Worth. I check in Sunday morning @ 7AM for transmission code. They drop transmission & found it need to be changed. They have all the parts to do the job. However, today is Thursday & I'm about to miss another good paying load. Very little conversation or poor updates. When I inquire about the truck, it appears that I am annoying them. They may do a good job, it just taking too long. I don't compare shops, I just rate shop on my experiences.
