Best computer repair company in town! Mike will give assistance even over the phone whenever possible! I recommend this business to everyone that is NOT computer savvy and needs a trustworthy source to get help with their PC. Not only do they respond in a timely manner, Mike and Bob will actually explain the WHY and HOW in plain words for a non technical person to understand. I had a 2 year old computer. It was built for gaming so I figured it would work well as a video editing system. I recently started a new career as a drone media and photography specialist. I used it for three months not knowing how much time I was wasting while it rendered 4K video. I would set it up to render while I cleaned the house and mowed the lawn. After watching a couple video I noticed that others could render video in 20 minutes. I called Mike and asked if he could build me a better machine. Most online editing systems run $3000 - $4000. I asked if he could build me a video editing machine for $1500 - $1700. He sent a couple of option. The machine we decided on was $1670. A similar machine on Amazon, Best Buy etc., runs around $3000. I was excited to see what the difference would be. I had created a 6 minute video I earlier that day. It had taken my " old " computer ( two years old ), 1 hour 15 min to render. The new machine took 6 minutes!!! Love the new machine. Mike is the best. He is one of the good humans. Thank you Mike. G

We have thermal paste. No laptop coolers though. Our distributors are dealing with shortages so we haven't be able to find a decent solution yet. Hopefully in 2022 we can get them along with GPUs!
Masks required. Social distancing as best as possible. Hand sanitizer at drop off counter and checkout counter.
Almost never. Resale value on used parts is rarely worth the time involved.
