Only float tank place I've ever been to so I don't have a comparison to make. I loved every second of my time there though. Will return many times.

If you can simply enjoy quiet time with yourself than I can confidently recommend a sensory deprivation float. Even if you consider yourself claustrophobic don’t let that discourage you from the truly restorative and profound experience that you could have here! You have the option of leaving your float tank door open, and they even have a very large float area they call the “cabin” because its size. It’s big enough to walk in and get settled at your own pace, and you could even leave a dim light on if that makes you more comfortable. Each time I’ve visited, the emotional and spiritual experience has varied slightly. Why? Because each day we carry with us different emotions, thoughts, pain, and outlooks on life. It not only removes excessive stimuli from your practice of stillness, it provides your body with a comforting embrace of near weightlessness. I always feel the position, and even rotation, of our planet in the universe while floating here. I would recommend having a visualization of how you would like to feel afterwards with you during the float, or practice the self subtraction technique and feel your entire body disappear as you experience your senses become neutral. This leaves you with a sensation of your sub and conscious mind being the only thing existing in the time spent floating. Time bends. Your perception can change. What you feel can be startling sometimes, just know that you can always reactivate or come back to your body at anytime by slightly moving one finger. It’s a unique experience that cannot be recreated in any other method I’ve discovered so far. I also feel a significant decrease in my chronic pain for days and sometimes weeks after I float. I’ve been scheduling them after long hikes in the woods when I know my joints could use some extra relief. Not only is this practice good for mind and soul, I feel like it provides my body a detox and soothing sensation to my aching muscles and joints. Have you felt the difference after soaking your feet in an epsom salt bath? Imagine how good you’ll feel after soaking your entire body in 1,000 pounds of salt! The world would be a better place if we could all float once a month! I’m so confident in that, you can contact me directly and I’ll pay for 50% of your first float!! (Only if you know me I guess, LoL!) If you end up really liking it they have a frequent floater program that’s definitely worth checking out too. Thank you for providing this service in Eugene, and I’ll see you tomorrow morning for my monthly float! Sincerely, Tyler B.

Great floating experience! I have been interested in trying an isolation tank for awhile now, and yesterday I finally went for the first time. The owner is great, and enjoyed the clean space - I will definitely be back. My floating experience was wonderful. If you are feeling uneasy about the hour and a half time, don't worry - you will be surprised that it feels like very little time has passed when you emerge. I felt absolutely relaxed and rejuvenated after it was over, and I think this would benefit everyone in one way or another. If you're curious about float tanks, you won't be disappointed with your experience here!
