The paper store has a lot of good gifts such as coolers wine glasses signs bracelets necklaces hats sunglasses.The reason why I gave this place to three stars is because a lot of the items are very overpriced. A lot of the stuff here is very cute I will give them that but some of it is also expensive. I recommend this place if you have money to spend and you need to get someone a gift but if you're on a budget I do not suggest this place because they overcharge you.

Everyone is always extremely helpful. They go above and beyond. They are always so kind. I believe they enjoy working there. Love the products. Love the teacher's discount. Love the sales! I can always find a gift here.

I purchased a dress that tore on a seam the first time I wore it. As I looked at the seam, it was obvious that it was just unfortunately misstitched. I had been traveling, however, for a month and when I returned I brought it immediately back to the store. It is a place I have purchased plenty of merchandise and did not think it would be an issue for the manager to take a look and see that it was an issue with the manufacturing of the product. The young clerk told me the manager was on break and she would ask her what to do. She returned to inform me that because I didn't have the tag and original receipt (I informed her it would be easy to reproduce from my rewards card or cc card), there is nothing they can do. Now, having been in management for retail for years, I find it shocking that the manager stayed in the back and also that they do not back the product that they sell. I was not asking for money back, just a replacement because it was probably a fluke that it happened. I will be sure to continue to spread the word that they do not back their product and certainly they do not have management that know how to deal with customers. They have lost me as a regular customer and I will happily bring my dollars elsewhere. There are plenty of local businesses that know how to show customers they care. I do hope she enjoyed her break as it cost her a customer and possibly others who care about how their money is spent and how they may be treated when a problem arises.
