I highly recommend BMW of Kansas City South and especially my service representative Clint Wong. He is exceptional and always takes time to answer any questions I have. I purchased my car there in 2017 and I have had all my services done there since. I love that Clint has been working with me since the beginning. It's huge to me that I know every time I go in I will be well taken care and I trust and know the person I am working with. I love my car and service department makes the experience even better! When the time comes for a new car it will be with them. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great staff, selection of vehicles, and prices!! We actually bought TWO CARS in one day from here! They are one of the few (and possibly the only) dealer NOT MARKING UP their costs right now. The follow up service was prompt, and the transition over to MODOT was seamless. We may not need another car for a while, but when we do, we are definitely making BMW of Kansas City South our first stop!

Great dealership! Best experience I’ve had buying a car. Lucas Reis as a salesman was superb and the sales manager was tremendously easy to work with. They put me in a great car at a great price! Sterling Williams was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make the sale of the car. He stayed late during the financing process to make sure everything went smoothly. When we had turned in our traded car the next day, he worked on getting it taken care of. Excellent Service! Ronald was great getting financed and helped me with learning the dashboard and the settings in the car. He stayed an hour late to complete my financing. Excellent Service! The service tech were extremely helpful with my traded car. I would high recommend BMW of Kansas City!
