So whoever the old white lady is that answered the phone assumed that I was the person that hung up on her right before I called. When she found out which I don't even think she believed that I wasn't, she didn't apologize. I don't know who it was that hung up on her but regardless, you're dealing with customers and that's not the way to act.

Facility is fine. The lady who answered the phone yesterday and helped me at the scale does not know how to talk to people. She speaks snide and condescending to the customers. I knew Right away it was the same person I talked to yesterday because she was the same way in person as she was on the phone.
