very disappointed. the lady that did my nails here cut my cuticles back on my ring and pinky finger so bad that she spent half of my appointment trying to stop the bleeding. it has been 4 days and they still are scabbed over and randomly start bleeding

If it was a problem doing my nails then say it, I know I came close to 4:30pm, but you said you can still fit me. Don't start complaining to your staff in your language about me, when you finally get around to doing my nails and it's after 5pm (closing time).

First time there Lucy done my nails for me very nice lady and the guy at the 1st table very nice and welcoming. Made me feel like home. I'll be going back.

I wanted to like this place and the techs BUT my paint (“gel”) on my full set is already peeling after a few hours. I think the Tech used wrong type of polish , which I mentioned early in the service. After the first two coats and UV my nails were still very wet I bumped into something and he had to redo 2 fingers. This never happens anywhere else… needless to say I’m upset and disappointed. 3 stars for the pedicure, lady tech was good.
