Brand new boat was purchased and received in August 2021. Had a Due Bill from Bass Pro and boat was dropped off for warranty repair. After 6 weeks, boat was in worse condition than it was with new structural issues such as middle storage compartment screws stripping off of piano hinge and side gate drilled in tilted. Metal shavings were left all over the floor and footprint left all of the seats. Boat was then kept to repair the repair. After another 2 weeks of unanswered calls and messages, the boat was found without tarp and covered in ice/snow. We were questioned by the manager if we took tarp with us, definitely gave me the impression that we should be blamed for the boat condition. They then found the tarp inside the boat's middle storage compartment. Out of the 2 months, it makes me wonder exactly how much time they actually spent on the boat versus leaving it out uncovered, unattended and getting weathered. BassPro reputation and location convenience were definitely the contributing factors for my purchase. Unfortunately so far I have experienced nothing but subpar mechanic work, unprofessional and poor customer service. Both service department and manager acted as if this was just another normal day, no signs of apology.
