The food was good. I didn't feel like the fries were 'bottomless'. After we received our plates they never asked if we wanted more fries. Yes, we could have asked, but I feel they should have asked us.

Don't get me wrong I love the food at Red Robin, but twice now I have ordered take out from them and when asked if I could get some extra ranch and some seasoning for the fries I got told we put two things of ranch in with your order, (yes I am aware you always put two hints me asking for more) then has the nurve to tell me that they are out of seasoning for the fries. I wouldn't think anything of this other than the fact the person telling me can't say it without a smile on his face as the girl behind him is full point some of the seasoning shakers that go out on the tables. Needless to say I'm not ever eating at this location again that is for sure. Hell I would drive an hour to another location before eating here again with being treated that way.

Yum. So many choices and the food is yummy. Lots of tempting (not so healthy options) and a handful of healthier choices. Interesting decor, family friendly, and active dining. A fun splurge restaurant. Their chicken whiskey burger is my favorite and the endless fries are addicting.

Arrived at 12:20 for lunch on a Saturday, and was pleasantly surprised to be seated immediately, as the restaurant was obviously full. We had an excellent waiter. He was incredibly intuitive-his timing was impeccable. It was refreshing to not be excessively "fussed" over. Water glasses filled quietly without interruption.👍Quickly reviewed the self pay kiosk with us, and we were on our way. I had the grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing. The dressing had little to no flavor 😒🙁 I'm not a fan of iceberg lettuce, which you're given a generous amount of, nor was I thrilled with the bland chicken, 😑 although it was perfectly grilled and tender. Always a fan of their french fries, our waiter aptly timed our second round. 😊 My husband enjoyed his hamburger with no complaints. 😋 The acoustics at this location is horrendous. The dining area was extremely loud which made it difficult to carry on a conversation. I would also add that they had ample personal to cover the the busy lunch hour, which was reassuring, considering how most places we've patronized recently are short staffed.
