Food was great, server was great. Only reason for 4 stars are that it was pretty empty and we had to wait 15-20 minutes standing at the door for a table. Many different employees coming out from the back seen us but nobody sat us.

I believe this Applebee’s must have the best management and staff than some of the others around the KC Metro. While all the menu items are the same I believe it is the people at this Applebee’s that sets it apart from the rest. The food just taste fresher, served hot off the grill and all the excellent service you could expect. Thank you Olathe Applebee’s for what you do.

Overall the experience was good. The food was standard, and the service was pretty good all Said (shout-out Jenna). But the bad taste leaving my mouth was watching the manager constantly berate her employees loud enough for every table to stop what they're doing and watch. Clearly a Karen on a power trip rather than an actual leader in the restaurant. Dude was clearly on his first day and she's just ripping in to the poor guy. Overall service was great, just sad to see such a poor treatment of staff.

I don't consider myself a regular, but I do eat here every couple of months. My dine-in experience (food and service) has always been good. Appetizers are delicious. I especially enjoy the chips and artichoke dip and the wings were delicious. I would recommend this place :)
