If I could give 10 stars, I would. It's a typical Home Depot (had to stop for some screws - they had them), but the five stars goes to the staff. After picking up said screws, I discovered a flat tire on our car. Heat index for the day was 105, and I quickly started experiencing the effects of heat stroke while trying to replace it. The staff rushed to help after I stumbled inside asking for water, helped finish taking the tire off, replacing it, gave me cold water and a place to sit by a fan until I was good to go again. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

I've never gone into a home Depot and had a bad experience, can't say the same for Lowe's though. Everything is very well organized, and the material I find there appears to be fairly high quality. There is also very good service and the employees are very friendly. One time I was just standing in an aisle waiting for one of my friends to come back from a different area, and the employee came over to me just to make sure I wasn't lost or trying to find something. I think it's very considerate that I didn't have to go and grab their attention, they came to me.

I had some issues with the home depot call number about trying to get a new shed, since the one that was delivered was damaged, which lead me to come to the store. I wanna give a HUGE shout out to Paul in customer service for helping me out. Not only did he listen to the long and absolutely complicated mess that was the 1800 number, but he fixed my issue so I was able to get a new shed instead of just getting a refund. THANK YOU SO MUCH PAUL!!!!!
