I would bring my dog here and have a great experience every time, until his most recent visit. My dog had a new groomer during his visit and when I got him back, he had cuts and dried up blood. I didn't put much mind into it because I understand things like that can happen and are common, but when I gave him his first bath after his appointment, I started to notice scabs on my dog and they would start flaking. This has never happened to my dog before. My initial thought was that it's probably scabs from where he was cut and it dried up. But weeks went on and I started to notice more appear on his body, one one his neck, one on his tail and about 5 on his back. I decided to take him to the vet when I started noticing they would keep appearing even after the scab fell off. My vet told me that my dog now has a skin infection that was most likely caused by the groomers. I was very disappointed because my dog did not have an infection before his groomers appointment and the scabs started appearing right after his appointment. I called the store after the vet appointment and was told it was probably the shampoo but my dog has been there multiple times and it's never happened before and I've taken my dog to other groomers in Orlando and I never had this experience before. Either they used a new shampoo from his last visit (I highly doubt it was the shampoo that caused it) or, it was the person cutting my dog that didn't clean the tools (the vet agreed to this). Either way, I won't be taking my dog to this location ever again.

Allow me to begin by stating this was our second time bringing our dog to this location, the first time the groomer cut our dog’s hair perfectly. We were very happy and excited that we found a groomer closer to home, BUT that went out the window on our second visit. We made an appointment, my wife arrived and told the groomer what we wanted done to our dog’s fur which was a #4. Well… When my wife arrived to pickup our dog he was shaved down to a #10!!! When my wife saw our dog her face must’ve said a thousand words cause the groomer right away stated “I know it’s shorter than you wanted it but his fur was matted so I had to go shorter”. My wife brushes his hair and no other groomer has EVER stated our dog’s fur was matted. The least they could’ve done was called us beforehand to inform us that they were going to need to cut his hair shorter than requested, and let us decide wether or not to move forward. He now looks like a shaved down squirrel with a feather duster tail. Sad to say we will be looking for a new groomer.
