DO NOT GO HERE. I have been taking my small dog for baths and nail trims to Happy Dog Wash since he was 5 months old and had no issues. They tell you to drop your pet off and come back after 2 hours but today I decided to stay as we were just there for a quick nail trim. They don’t allow you to go to the back room where they do the grooming because “it’s not ideal for the groomer”. So they took him to the back grooming table and as I was standing by the door, (the groomer did not see me standing there) I see my dog being scared (as usual) of the nail clippers and the groomer Mirlediz Araujo, RAISES HER HAND AND SLAPS HIM ON THE BACK AND BOTTOM TWICE WITH FORCE. I immediately asked for my dog and left the store. She thought I didn’t speak Spanish and continued to lie and say she did not hit him when I saw it with my own eyes. Horrible experience. I can’t help but think of every other dog that groomer has probably hit and gotten away with. I didn’t even speak to the groomer name I swear I would’ve hit her if she came close to me. Awful.

I've been taking my dog here for about a year now for baths. They always do a good job and my dog Theo is not scared to walk into Happy Dog Wash which speaks volumes. He's always so fluffy when he's done and I love the bandanas that he gets each time. Even my sister who is from out of town always brings her dog to Happy Dog Wash when she visits. She says she loves the way they cut her dog's fur and she can't find anyone back home who does it the same. Love supporting small businesses <3

Recently moved to Orlando and brought our dog here. He has now been twice and both times they have done wonderful jobs! Our pup is so clean, with a great cut! Looks so cute! All the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The prices are also extremely affordable for the quality of work they do. We have found our forever groomer! 10/10 recommend!
