What a help he has been on multiple cases. Always comes through. I even moved back to Texas from Florida and reached out to him for advise. He is always quick to reply/help, even though it is out of state and is not in his jurisdiction.

John was able to get my case taken care of without me having to even appear in court. He has always communicated honestly and clearly since I started working with him. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He truly is the “best in the biz”.

At a very hard time for myself and my family John Guidry really came through and got me better results than we even expected. I was able to go about my everyday life while he handled EVERYTHING , kept me informed, explained things to me and it was so reassuring that I wasn't in this alone. Every call was either taken immediately or returned very quickly and all my questions were answered to where I had a clear understanding of exactly what was going on. No one ever wants to have legal troubles but things happen and when they do John is definitely a guy you want in your corner. Thanks John.

I am beyond amazed with all the great and positive results. The Law Office of John Guidry pays attention to every single detail and give their 100% to their clients. Not only did they answer all my questions and concerns about my case but they were also able to expunge my records so I can move on with my life and accomplish all my goals. I will always thank this team of professionals for the rest of my life. Moreover, Melissa (Legal assistant) will walk you through all the steps with detailed information making you feel at easy and confident about the entire process. I would give this law firm a 5-star review! Thank you so much John Guirdy and Melissa Hardwood for all your hard work!

Wow, I am sorry to hear that. Because no one has been arrested and it’s not a criminal matter, you should reach out to a consumer lawyer, and also reach out to Florida’s Attorney General Office regarding the car. These people should have license to sell cars pulled! Good luck.
That's a good question, and it depends on that state's laws. My biggest concern here, if I were you, would be either speedy trial or the statute of limitations. Either one of those concepts could create problems when they eventually transport you and try to prosecute you. But again, this will not depend on Florida law, this will depend on the other state's laws. You'll need to reach out to an attorney in the other state for more information. I can tell you this, if you were in another state awaiting transport to Florida, our laws would not be helpful to you in this situation because our laws would permit the other state to take their time--unfortunately! Good luck on your case. Take care.
Yes, we Seal & expunge any criminal history, misdemeanor or felony. No problem! (This legal work takes a while, but it’s worth the wait...)
