My dog has been a guest at Happy Paws many years now (1st training as a puppy, boarding, daycare and grooming). He gets so excited when we pull up in the parking lot. The staff is very friendly and always comment on how much they just love Mac. I feel he is safe there and they really care. I also appreciate the consistency in always having the same friendly, polite and helpful staff.

This is the best and most reliable place to leave the dogs in this region. I cannot count how many times I needed their services (including grooming) and am always happy with the outcome. Totally recommend!

We brought our boys to happy paws a handful of times for boarding/daycare and it was fine! I love the camera feature so we can check in and see how theyre doing, definitely a bonus. The staff is nice and they are responsive to emails/calls too! We have recommended them many times! We ended up switching pet resorts as there were a few minor issues of short staff so the boys didnt get daycare and were in the kennel all day besides potty breaks, they dont eat unless they are comfy/trust you and we noticed consistently they wouldnt eat much and we did bring wet food to incentivize them but it wasnt given. This last time it looks like they were barely fed and that breaks my heart! We called to ask and were told food gets signed off by a manager but I mean…it was still very full and all wet food returned. Other times we were told one of the boys was a play police in day care and so both dogs were removed. I get it, but seemed out of character and we didnt question it because they are full. I feel like maybe there are too many doggies sometimes?? All in all it’s not a bad place, just not a place for us anymore! We have to trust our babies are being taken care of when we are gone and it seems they dont like it there anymore.

Took excellent care of our 8 month old golden, Bucky and our cat Smoky. Answered all of our questions and were very friendly when we called to check on them as we had never boarded our pets before. Took extra time to spend with Bucky since he is intact and was unable to play in daycare with other dogs. Gave us photos of Bucky and Smoky from their vacation when they were picked up. Will definitely recommend and use again.
