I was told by the manager that she was going to rent to me. I am a mother of 4 young children. She had me do the paperwork and even promised she wouldn't rent the unit out from underneath me. I was told that they had some repairs and would let me know when it was ready. I called and she said that they only had a few days left and the unit would be ready. I called for over 2 weeks and finally went to see if the place was ready. The unit had a new tenant in it already. I tried getting ahold of the manager and when I did get ahold of her. She hung up in my face. Very unprofessional and unethical practices were what I experienced

Low rent, kids need not to have basketball on main Street. Pick a basketball in park lot for children

I use to stay there it was always something goin on over there.. the only good thing they had goin was the kids after school program with daily activites and they also would provide lunch and snack for the children.
