Terrible customer service. After being here multiple times before my husband and son were informed that my son had never been there. We had covid test results with facepace on them FROM THAT CLINIC. The woman goes so far as to claim again they hadn't been there on their way out as if they couldn't hear her.

This place continues to let me down I would give them a a zero if I could. I went in for sclopamine which is a patch for behind your ear for sea sickness. I told them I go for 30 day hitches and I work on a boat. I need this so I can do my job. After happily continually getting my prescription refilled for the past 6 months. I realize it said I did not have more refills. I went in they sent in my prescription for about 14 days worth of sclopamine. I called them when I realized they did not fill my prescription for the full 30 days I needed and was used to. The lady who finally got on the phone told me I could not call and demand the prescription, further more that her family works offshore and I could just take dramamine and it would be the same. That statement that dramamine is the same shows this places lack of knowledge and ability. To think since your family works offshore that everyone's inner ear is the same is one of the most ignorant statements I've herd in a while. Let alone that a prescription drug for motion sickness would be the same as over the counter dramamine, WOW unbelievable. Do not use this place they obviously don't know what there doing there are better options. Oshner is now open for urgent care they know how to treat people and have common sence.

As crazy as this might sound!! I had the absolutely best experience I’ve ever had going into a medical facility when I visited FastPace Urgent Care in Waveland last week. I don’t usually write reviews online, but I was truly compelled to do so because of the exceptional customer service I received from Jasmine! The employee,Jasmine demonstrated professionalism, confidence, knowledge and compassion to my situation. Jasmine went above and beyond in making sure I was able to complete the necessary test at this facility. She is an asset to this organization in keeping patients returning to this location!

Private consultations are available. The Behavioral Health team, at Fast Pace Health, focuses on treating patients with behavioral health issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and other psychiatric disorders using appropriate medications and/or psychotherapy.
