During the covid they made us stand for hours in a line outside the store! It was steaming hot, with no tents! Felt like we were dieing out there. No way to treat people. It was like that a few days oh then it was ok?!?! The plant have stickers on them of something that kills bugs be careful of its use. I still go there, good service and they have what you need. Two sided. The store is clean and the service is good. Yet if you come through the wrong door you may stand in the wrong place for return items. No sign to explain where to return. Then you are told we'll you came through the wrong door. They still have some things to work out on customer service. At the return desk. Other Than that get what you want at Lowe's.

Go to store give them ur name and they can pull up your account and see that you have a Lowe's credit card approved and you just haven't received your card yet and they can charge it from in the store until you get your card.
