When it comes down to brass tacks if you asked to speak with a manager and tell him you were misinformed and it makes a difference between you purchasing these items or not oh, trust me, they will be delivered at no cost!
Not all sales reps are alike, when not sure ask for manager and get correct information.
I never paid a delivery fee on either one that I bought and my mower had to come from the Slidell store
