This location needs either additional staff assistance in pharmacy or better management. No one should call a pharmacy and be placed on hold for over an hour. Not from home, not from a business, and definitely not from a Provider's office.

Went in to get a shingles vaccination. My insurance card was not recognized by the store computer, which was going to cause me a very high bill. In the few minutes it took me to contact my carrier to confirm that the vaccine was indeed covered, the pharmacy window closed for lunch break and I had to wait about 40 minutes for a pharmacist to return and administer my shot. The actual procedure was then done quickly and without incident.

The Worst Pharmacy in Kansas City!!! Very rude. Never on time with my prescription. Treat their customers bad. Been on hold for 23 minutes got hung up on, called back the last answered, put me on hold again. Still Holding 26 more minutes later!! Never using Walgreens again! CVS it is!!!
