Extremely slow and short staffed everytime I have visited. We will not be back to this one. Do not pay with credit card otherwise you are stuck waiting 30 minutes for 2 lemonades. If we didn't already pay we would have left. I've never had to wait so long at a "fast food" place before.

They have changed their chicken recipe or changed to a new vendor because these chicken tenders used to be crisper. There was no gravy so I made my own at home. The Texas toast is just plain bread now. I'm sure I will go back but not for the Chicken Strip meal!

Ordered two blasts one small one medium with extra peanut butter cups and at the window asked it to be well blended because in the past I've gotten either no peanut butter cups in the center down or all at the bottom. I was assured at the window there's never been a problem. The manager asked the employee to make sure it was mixed then assured it would be done well. Well ma'am this isn't what I expected. I would just like to know if there's a way to get consistency going? If I wanted a vanilla cup with peanut butter cups chopped on top only I would just do it at home. The food is usually good it's really only the blasts I have an issue with at this parkville location.

Food is generally good, warm and comes out quickly. My issue is with the drinks. The last two times I came the ice in my large drink came almost to the top of the cup. First time I chalked it up to a mistake. Second time makes it a pattern. I would think I could get more than a few sips out of a large drink. They aren't getting a third chance.
