Terrible Yoshinoya This is not a review of Yoshinoya the company or the food at this specific location. The customer service is so bad I would rate it 0 if I could . . . Just read the reviews I've had the same horrible experiences as everyone on here for years; getting the wrong order, 30 minuet average wait time, and rude staff. If you decide to come here, DO NOT order curbside with app or go inside and order! Fastest way is the drive-through. Experiance: I wanted to try the yoshi app. Downloaded it ,ordered my food, and waited outside. After 40 minuets passed, I walk inside with my mom and our food was just sitting on the counter. Mom asked for the manager; Evelyne came out with attitude and told us her machine didn't work. Then she tells us, for verbatim, "If you knew the machine didn't work, why didn't you come inside?!"

I went here to pick up an order for UberEats. When I got here, no one noticed that there was an order until I mentioned it. I was even late to pick up the order as there was traffic. Upon arriving, I asked for the pick-up order that no one noticed despite having 4 workers and an empty restaurant with no customers. I let that small thing slide as mistakes can happen. A few seconds later, another worker asked what I was here for so I repeated the order number and who it was for. Unfortunately, the first worker who tended to me yelled and gave me attitude. The order consisted of two plates which was pretty simple considering they have been speedy in the past with multiple orders. I waited 20 minutes for 2 plates as the workers took their sweet time messing around and hanging out instead of working. I had already wanted to cancel the order and move on but I sat still and patiently waited until they finished. I hope management takes this and the other countless bad reviews into account and learn from them. Not only did it seem like the workers did not want to work, but they also valued their well-being more than the customers' as they proceeded with rude and horrible customer service. Does management even interview their applicants properly here? Next time they should hire competent workers who actually want to work instead of people who mess around the clock to be paid. Never coming back again.
