Quiet and quaint near Zona Rosa and the airport but far enough away to have trees and wildlife-it has affordable rent so my extra money can be spent on luxuries-there are a few issues that are being addressed and none of them are dealbreakers-they’ve always answered my calls for maintenance issues-overall I’m very pleased
