I went inside right before they closed and I was directed to use the drive thru, even though it hadn't turned 5:00pm. Consistently disappointed with this branch, unfortunately it is the closest one to my house...

I see the previous reviews on here and I understand why they hired the new Branch Manager Taylor! Taylor Jordan is who I have dealt with and she is motivated, responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and just great to to work with. She is just one of those people that you are happy that you met. Ignore the overall current rating of this location and just walk in and ask for Taylor. You'll be better off for it!

We have a really awesome personal banker at this branch with no extra charge. Taylor is the branch manager and has gone above and beyond to ensure that we switched over to US Bank easier, we got an auto loan through them and personal and business credit card. Literally can call, text or email our issue or need and she will take care of it so quickly.
