Today almost a wek later I again went by in the morning to grab a breakfast it was a little before 7AM. the cars in the drive through went all the way around the building so I thought I would just park and go in. Wrong even though they say the lobby is open it was locked tight. I will not be back and if anyone was smart they would go to a different one or their another resturant instead. I went here on my way to work Saturday and picked up a big breakfast. When I got to work and opened the bag it didn't have the hash browns. I tried to call them but no one answered the phone. In times when prices are high they need to make sure an individual's order is correct. You won't find companies staying in business if this is the service customers receive.

I tried to use the restroom it was gross so I didn't 🍟 cold and hard sandwiches were sloppy nuggets were warm....slightly hard and and there was limited set because almost ever seat was dirty no rush was going on they weren't busy and the food was cold they had time to at least make our food fresh but didn't or they could have been cleaning but no the were talking and cursing Playing the news at a kid friendly place shouldn't happen my 6 year old doesn't need to hear about bombings and body counts they should at least have a remote handy for ALL employees If it was up to me they wouldn't have even got a star terrible service

Closes early likes to serve old food even just reheat fries whe ask for no salt managers get Attitude when you try and tell them I and tell them what is wrong with with your food acting like it's not their fault or their employees fault I've even gotten cold Fries from here don't get chicken nuggets they're Old if you want a fresh Burger order it without salt only way you can be sure to get fresh patties

not a friendly face or customer service!!! 😔🙁had to come back a second time because they forgot to add a mcdouble to the order the 1st time. didnt even make it to order like i asked and still charged me for it. plus all ice cream products were down once again. Mcdonalds has really gone down hill in hiring proper employees!!!
