We purchased both a stock door, and a custom door. We just received our custom door, and oh, my - it is gorgeous. It's an 8ft tall Craftsman door with glass. We could not be happier with this door. (And the stock door was perfect, too. Just what we needed.) We would DEFINITELY use this company again, and our salesman, Kam, was fantastic. Great experience, and great product. Thank you!

The two sets of double doors we received arrived undamaged. We were able to unload the boxes in the parking spot in front of our house and carry everything upstairs by piece. The installation went pretty smoothly except for two issues. I really would have appreciated some basic instructions on assembling the door jambs and door stops. A simple video on your website would have been helpful for us DIY'ers. The other issue was more concerning. On two of the four doors, at least one hinge was not set properly in the mortise to the extent the hinges wouldn't sync up with the hinge on the jamb. I had to remove the hinges, plug two holes and re-drill. Poor quality control on your end. Overall, we were happy with our purchase.
