Gave us the run around for about 2 weeks then GM Rod emailed us saying it was over 10 days so they won't arbitrate it after he personally had us drop off the unit at their auction for arbitration. They intentionally wasted our time, money and resources.

Driver here. Love the staff. They are big on safety. I love this considering l was hit 3 times in 13 months at Manheim. Which left my health in bad shape. I felt safe here. They care about everyone's safety. If it rains it floods in some areas.

Take your money elsewhere!!! They don't care about the customers, high fees,not a care in the world for the vehicle's I've had multiple problems with them over the years and enough is enough if weren't for Brandon Ford and Lakeland Toyota nobody would even bother wasting their time there people tamper with vehicles often because nobody cares,good luck finding your vehicles, cars don't have gas on auction day,flat tires on auction day,one time they didn't have enough drivers for the lanes, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE there is barley any inventory for a reason.
